Releasing a "Greatest Hits" compilation for the Red Hot Chili Peppers, like this one, was not a very bad idea. Sure there are some omitted hits on here, but at least this one is better than that "What Hits?" compilation. Even though no material from the band's first three albums are included on this CD, it still includes most of their important hits: "Under the Bridge", "Give It Away", "Scar Tissue", "Parallel Universe", "Otherside", and "By the Way". I would have added "Can't Stop" and "Get On Top" if it were up to me to remake it. Like most "Greatest Hits" or "Best Of" compilations, there are a couple of brand new songs on this, one of which, "Fortune Faded", became an automatic radio hit. I guess that's all I have to say about this.

god for a greatest hits album and has most of the hits but leaves out some good ones like "Can't Stop" and "Around the World"

this a great album, i love under the bridge, californication, scar tissue, and of course, give it away

great CD, though some seemingly essential songs were left out.

The songs are great if a little slow. The entire CD is great. A good album to have if someone just got into them becaue it has a lot of thier old material. I just wish they would have included some tracks over others but it is still a good listen.

This CD is incredible. Has great bass, lots of energy, a necessity in any CD collection. I bought the CD because I liked a few of the songs, but after listening to it I have become an avid RHCP fan.

This CD is a must own. Not until I owned this CD and had it in my posession did I realize how big of a fan I was. I liked every single song off of this CD, but I do believe they forgot a couple songs, like "Can't Stop", "Love Rollercoaster", and "Around The World". I do believe those songs should've been included, but the CD still rocks whether they're on there or not.
