While everybody has heard of Greek island hopping, if you have yet to try it, the notion of booking a flight to Greece and then wandering between islands on has only vaguely heard of (complete with funny names written in an even more unintelligible looking alphabet) can seem a rather daunting prospect. In fact, once you understand how the Greek ferry system works and how respective islands are linked together, you will find that it is remarkably easy. That said, those who go Greek island hopping (be they novice or a seasoned veteran) can never be said to be lacking a challenge.
