Mikayla Y Having always struggled with my weight and dieting I wasn’t too sure about this book when I bought it, but now all that has changed. I have lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks and its all because of this book. it has taught me how to juice and what to use to juice. It has taught me everything I need to know about getting all the nutritional values in juicing. I will never go back.

Green juicing is more than just juicing only green foods. You can add other food but the juice has to be the color green for it to be considered green juicing. This book is only 90 pages so it’s a very quick read. This book gives you an introduction to green juicing. Green juicing is slightly different than regular juicing. Both ways give you the vitamins and nutrients you need. Green juicing can improve your immune system, skin, digestion, energy level, and mental clarity with a healthy green juice cleanse. Before drastically changing your diet, remember to get the advice from your doctor.

Green Juicing Diet is a great book for beginner juicers. It gives you recipes and fresh ingredients you can use for different juices.  All of the recipes are geared to help your body in some way, shape or form. It also explains the difference between Juicing and smoothies and the benefits of juicing.

This is a great beginner's guide to green juicing. It gives information on different ingredients. It also gives the hows and whys of green juicing. The best part of this book is the beginner recipes. The book could have had more information about the ingredients but with the length of the book it was good.

The Green Juicing Diet is a bit too much of a fad diet for my taste, but there good reasons to drink your vegetables and when it gets past the dubious scientific claims into the basic how to juice up some greens and some tasty recipes, it's goes much more smoothly.

I am new to Green Juicing and I found this book to be very helpful. It was engaging right from the start and I quickly became enthusiastic about incorporating Green Juicing into my lifestyle so I can realize the many health benefits associated with consuming raw fruits and vegetables.  It tells you everything you need to know from choosing the right equipment to the proper ratio of ingredients in a green juice. It also gives very detailed guidelines regarding how and why you might want to do a 3-7 green juice cleanse. It lists some amazing benefits to be realized and also tells you to go slowly because the initial side effects can be significant if you've never done it before. I feel ready to move forward with green juicing after reading this book!

This book is ideal for the person who has zero knowledge about juicing or green juicing, because it gives the reader step-by-step instructions on why juicing is important, and what the health benefits will be if you do it properly. It also breaks down the difference between making juice and making smoothies, as juicing is "more of an art," say the authors. Additionally, it has some wonderful, easy to follow recipes, so it shouldn't be hard to find a drink that you'll stick with, even if you hate vegetables. All and all, a great read, especially for only $1, because it's a book that you can refer to and keep close by forever.

This is a neat short book to get you going on your green juicing journey. If you are looking into better health which is why the majority of people go “green” then this book should help. Cleansing, detoxifying, fasting or whatever the reason you choose to juice then this book will get you started.

This is a great book if you're looking for more information on green juice and green smoothies. It explains the difference between smoothies and juices and helps you to choose what is best for you. It breaks down how to mix green veggies with other veggies, fruits, and spices and provides recipes. It also helps you learn to individualize the taste and nutrition of the drinks, so you can keep up the healthy habit. Definitely worth the read

This book provides captivating reasons to juice as well as a number of great juicing recipes, both of which are very helpful to the juicing beginner such as myself. My favorite chapter deals with the question of blender or juicer. This was overall a great book and I look forward to tasting some of those recipes.

Everyone I know is juicing, so I figured I would find out what the big deal is about. If I wasn’t sold on this before, now I am. There is really great basic information for newbies to green juicing, including the benefits of raw greens, chlorophyll, and how juicing can really make a major difference to your health. This book also provides you with choices in what type of juicer machines to buy and how to do a successful cleanse. I can't wait to try all this. This might be my favorite new book!

If you were looking for a just a juicing recipe book when you saw this book, you are about to receive more than you were expecting. This book offers in depth knowledge into the process of juicing and how to get as much as possible out of it. It is definitely a must read.

Green Juicing Diet's subject matter is explained in the title. The information in it seems accurate and wise, though I'm uncertain it stands out next to other green diet recipe books of its type. If you nothing about a green juice diet, this book will teach you a thing or two. If you're looking to expand your green juice pallette of knowledge, you may want to keep looking.

This is an easy book to get started on green juicing. It seems simple enough, but some of the recipes seem a bit much with being spicy and more like a blended dinner, which makes me somewhat unsure. But, others seemed more refreshing and I like how the health benefits of the added ingredients were spelled out for me. I also liked how the recipes were organized by health benefit – it makes it easy to focus on which recipes to make depending on your particular ailment.

I enjoyed reading about the different vegetables that can be juiced and the processes involved in juice-making, but I would have liked to see more recipes. This book does a great job explaining that juicing is one of the healthier ways to consume all of the nutrients present in raw fruits and vegetables. I was unaware of the potential health concerns when detoxing, but it all makes sense when you think about a purification process in general. Great explanations of juicing methods as well as the fruits and vegetables included in the process..

I found this book to be extremely enlightening. I have heard about using vegetables in smoothies but felt disgusted at the idea of it. This book is helpful in how it goes into the benefits of different vegetables but also gives great suggestions on what fruits match with what veggies to make it taste good. It also gives good advice on what kind of blender you should get since not every blender is the same. Overall, I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to start adding more nutrients easily to their diet.

Green juicing is the newest trend in dieting nowadays and this book will be helpful to people who want to start juicing.  This book will cover a multitude of subjects concerning green juicing like which fruit to use, what is the best blender and overall questions that are commonly asked about green juicing.  I think that the book was written very well and very easy to read.
