Gulfstream, a "green" company dedicated to harvesting clean energy from the sea, is targeted by a band of environmental extremists called "Wild Justice". Accusing the company of corporate rapaciousness cloaked in environmental green, the group is dedicated to destroying Gulfstream's multi-million dollar ocean research station--no matter who is killed in the process.

STEVEN GOULD is the author of Jumper, Wildside, Helm, Blind Waves, Reflex, and Jumper: Griffin’s Story, as well as many short stories. He is the recipient of the Hal Clement Young Adult Award for Science Fiction and has been nominated for both the Hugo and the Nebula Awards. Gould lives in New Mexico with his wife, writer Laura J.
