Overview

The Wonderful Musician or The Strange Musician or The Marvellous Musician is a German fairy tale collected by German brothers, academics, linguists, and cultural researchers Wilhelm and Jacob Grimm under number 8 in Grimm's Fairy Tales. They were among the best-known storytellers of folk tales, and popularized stories such as "Cinderella", "Hansel and Gretel", "Rapunzel", and "Snow White" .

The story goes about a fiddler that got bored and was walking in the forest wishing for a company. He began to play his fiddle, which attracted three animals to him. A wolf, a fox and a hare weren't a suitable company for him. He tricked the animals in order to make them trapped and to get rid of them. He finally finds a companion but wild animals have already escaped the traps and want revenge. Read this exciting book and find out what happens next!
