This is book one in the Series.  This is Jaeger and Dillon (Phoenix, Red, etc... LOL )book. This is a biker book! Nothing pretty about it.  I gave it 5 stars. Jaeger has had a HARD life the only thing that saved him is his club.  Before he joins his club he sees a beautiful woman with fiery red hair that he has to have. By the time he gets done doing what he is doing she is gone. Years later when he is on club business he sees her again. He is determined this time to get a taste of her. She is the light in his dark tunnel, but this woman has fight. She isn't going to go down without saying how she really feels, or letting him know that she wants nothing to do with his lifestyle.  Something terrible happens and Jaeger is going to need to do his best to save the woman that he finds himself so utterly attracted to. But will he be able to save her in time? Even if he does will this woman of his dreams give him what he has been dreaming about for years.  HER.   I loved this book.. it was dark and gritty and just what an MC book should be. Jaeger is not very like-able but when you are in the biker community who is? Even though I didn't much care for him I found myself routing for him and hoping that in the end he gets the girl. Does he? Well you will just have to read it and find out! 5 spectacular stars for this Author! I cannot wait to read what happens next in this series!!

Jaeger Dalton is the president of the Hunters MC.  Old man Ward owes money to the MC, so Jaeger goes to the farm to collect, only to find out that old man Ward is dead and his son, Dillon, is actually his daughter and Jaeger wants her and the farm.  The only problem is that Dillan, just call me Phoenix or Nix for short, doesn't know that her father put up the farm as collateral, to several different people, for his gambling debts.  She also doesn't know that he sold her too but not to Jaeger.  Though she doesn't believe it at the moment, all Jaeger wants is to protect her. This story had many LOL moments and some eye popping moments too.  While not politically correct at all, this book is about a rough and tough MC with a president that has no verbal filter.  Everything that comes out of his mouth is rude and crude and Nix doesn't like it.  Well, mentally she doesn't like it but physically she's never been more turned on.  All these guys are in biker gangs and they talk like it too.  At the beginning I didn't think I was going to like it but I was so wrong.  I loved it!!!  Thank you Margaret McHeyzer for writing such an entertaining book.  I can't wait to read more from this talented author. *free copy gifted for honest review **originally reviewed for welovekink(dot)com
