How many times have I put off calling someone because I didn't know what exactly to say. This is a great reference book to find 'something' to say when you don't! A great tool to have when sending cards, making phone calls or visiting. It even gives you suggestions on what NOT to say. This book is having something to say besides just 'I'm sorry'.
