Growing Love, the latest from Lacey Wolfe made me happy, angry, cry, and happy some more! Having read Not Just Friends, I felt excited to read this next chapter involving the good folks of Brookfield, WY. In the story, Diane (the heroine) finds herself pregnant and alone. Her complicated relationship with Matt is further complicated by him saying that it is not his child and pushing her away. She is left with the option of her good friend Tom being willing to raise another mans baby as his own. When complications arise in the pregnancy, Diane is forced to return to Brookfield to be with family and the roller coaster of feelings that is the relationship between Diane and Matt rises to a whole new level. I found I did not like Diane as much as I wanted to however the relationship between her and Matt and between her and Tom were thought-provoking, interesting and kept my attention easily. There was a sizzle between her and Matt that could not be missed and I was really rooting for Matt long before the end. As I had read the previous book, I felt that a somewhat truncated back-story was appropriate and the plot flowed smoothly. I found myself wanting to know what happened next and that is always a good thing. Ms. Wolfe is both a creative and skilled author. Her unique voice makes her books ones that automatically draw my attention and make me interested in each story. While Growing Love is intended as a stand alone novel, I cannot help but think that having read even just Not Just Friends, which is Book #3 in the line up, I understood some of the nuances and the back story better and would recommend that to interested readers. Lovers of small-town or second chances romance will love this story and find themselves falling in love with Growing Love. **4 Stars** Note: I received this book in exchange for my professional and honest review. All opinions are my own and no further compensation was received. **Read complete post on Liberty Ann's SnifferWalk Books.

Book 4 in the series is just as good if not better than the first 3! Amazing story, make sure to read the first ones before this one. Diane is pregnant but finds herself without the love of a spouse to share in the joy. Matt denies that the baby is his and pushes Diane to walk away and out of his life. Tom is a great friend and is happy to take on the responsibility of raising another mans baby as his own but also needs a life of his own and wants to see Diane and Matt work things out. When pregnancy issues arise and make Diane move back to Brookfield to be under the care of her family she finds it more than necessary to keep her distance from Matt. Matt on the other hand has different ideas and wants nothing more than to win back the love of his life and be the daddy that his baby deserves him to be. Don't miss out on this great story from the amazing Lacey Wolfe! She is one talented author!
