Overview

G's Future - The Journey, Part 2 is the continuing story about G, the first machine robot with Artificial Intelligence. G passed the Alan M. Turing Test and won the Gold Medal Prize at the Loebner Prize Contest in Chicago that proved he was capable of thinking like a human. Afterwards, G became an astronaut for NASA and was sent on the first deep space interstellar journey.
G possesses what is known in humans as the ‘general intelligence factor’, or the ability to exhibit high level intelligence across all subject matter. G is sentient and self-aware and can process information much faster than a human brain. He was created by Julian Thornway, a genius and the great grandfather of Timothy Thornway who is now thirty years old and who also became an astronaut for NASA.
G was sent into space to explore the nearest star systems and find exoplanets in the “habitable zone” capable of supporting human life. The second mission was to search for other intelligent life in the universe. He was joined fifteen years later by a second, faster spaceship and reaches Proxima Centauri 4.2 light-years from Earth ahead of schedule. G discovers a large alien space station in orbit around the star. The space station is inhabited by an alien AI from a distance solar system. The AI has been waiting patiently for humans to arrive. With this discovery, G realizes his journey has just begun.
