Kayla Klanreungsang is from Winnipeg, Manitoba, and has lived there since she was born in 2002. She excels in school and enjoys team sports such as rugby and baseball. She began writing when she was twelve years old and has loved reading ever since she learned how. She has a passion for learning languages and currently speaks fluent French and English, while learning Spanish and Welsh. She is also a writer for her high school newspaper.
Kayla has been recognized for achieving outstanding academic excellence, maintaining her standing as an honor roll student for three consecutive years. She has big dreams for the future, some of which include publishing more books and pursuing a career in law.
