Another great book by Bob Baker. If you're looking for low-cost and no-cost ways to promote your music online, this is a winner. But even more fascinating to me is to take the book and use it as a "blueprint" to see how he uses these techniques to promote the book itself. Example-- this book was "fan funded" using something similar to KickStarter, where he starting selling access to the book's content before it was completely written, designed and printed, along with giving special perks to those who ordered it in advance. You can easily do the same thing with your music. The book is laid out in five sections... 1. Laying the Foundation for Online Music Promotion 2. Creating a Highly Effective Artist Web Site 3. Promoting Your Music Across the Internet 4. Making the Most of Social Media and the Interactive Web 5. Powerful Music-Specific Sites & Online Services You Need to Know About If you're looking to sell more music, get more people to your shows, and have a greater online presence, you absolutely should check this out.
