Guts : The Anatomy Of The Walking Dead is a guide of everything that celebrates the show, the characters and why The Walking Dead has such a huge following. As Paul Vigna digs into the Guts of what has made The Walking Dead so popular with story lines, characters and why this has turned into a huge TV hit show. You get a detailed season recap from the very first episode to the seventh season finale, you are able to dive more into what really made some episode really stand out for what happens within the episode. With behind the scenes action with the people who make this show come to life, we get this better understanding of why The Walking Dead is so much more than just another zombie show on TV. I could go on and on of what is in this book but I don't want to give much of it away for the true Walking Dead fans. It's not a book to be missed if you are a huge fan like myself, it has things in it that help you fall even more in love with a series that has changed the whole zombie genre forever. This has to be one of my favorite books to read during the off season that really makes you wish that the show was coming on just to see what will happen next for Rick and the crew. Thank You to Paul Vigna for coming out with this extreme guide of a show that I can't wait to come on and hate for it to end every season! I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book from Edelweiss!
