I can spend hours looking for looking for a new handbag and not find something that appeals to me. I usually end up settling for the one that meets my needs as opposed to wants and going on my way because I am frustrated and tired. I am not a shopping type person. I saw Handbag Workshop and was intrigued. I was hoping it would show me how to modify a handbag I already had. How to put my personal touch on it or better yet how to bring my idea of the perfect handbag to reality. The Handbag Workshop first provided the instructions to accomplish the second Luckily for me I have a friend who does a lot of leatherwork, Boots belts, saddles etc. I was shown how to cut and sew using his equipment. The instructions were clear and easy to follow in the book. I was just lucky enough to have someone to guide me and ensure I did it correctly. I cut all the pieces and on one I even did a burn and stain design. once sewn I could not believe I made it myself. I now have a clutch and a large catch all bag. I found that even though I have never done any leatherwork before the instructions as well as the photos gave me enough information to make it understandable and easy to follow. I now have three new bags that suit my needs and taste. Thank you I am prepared and ready to stand confident I can create what I want to suit my taste.
