If you are into the new, OFFiCE LiT genre (i.e. - Joshua Ferris, Ed Park; etc.), then you will truly want to add HANDLE TiME to your growing collection! I had a blast writing it, and you will have a blast reading it! PARENTAL ADVISORY

Out of all the office novels I have read so far, Handle Time is is my favorite of the genre. It's short, and funny as hell! This author goes out of her way to illustrate her sarcastic points on numerous occasions. I can't say enough about how much I laughed! Call centers suck -- and she hit the nail on the head. It's about time someone came out with a good, blue-collar office book; instead of the 'marketing manager' crap I've been reading, as of late.

This book is a freaked out gas! Basically, it's some girl in the midwest who gets a job working for a bank as a Digital Banker and they drive her crazy. At first I was reluctant to read it because I automatically assumed it was some kind of chick-lit, melodramatic nightmare. I WAS WRONG. The author Lincoln Park has a satirical and twisted mind. The way she lays the story out is ridiculous! I've already read the book twice and may go for the trifecta. All I know is -- if you want to laugh your ass off and get some payback for all the times some stupid customer got in your face at work, you should read HANDLE TiME ASAP

In my call center, EVERYBODY is talking about Handle Time. I got sick of hearing about it from other people, so I went ahead and bought a copy. I am so glad I did. It is SO funny! I can relate to almost everything in the book! One of my favorite parts was when Bronwyn did the roll call. I also liked how Chase explained the metrics. I feel like telephone reps work really hard don't get much respect in society.In Handle Time, the whole book lets people know that we really exist. I think that anybody who answers phones for a living will put Handle Time on their list of favorite books. It's a winner!

If you ever worked at a Call Center then this is a book you should pick up immediately ....i REALLY laughed at the characters and the daily events they have to endure to achieve what the call center deems 'a liveable wage' ....pick it up you will enjoy it
