Elyon has a habit of running off. Every time she defies Boone’s orders, he is ready to shoot her himself. He has seen first-hand what havoc she can cause the galaxy with her enhanced saxen powers and deadly temper. A brilliant strategist, he would do anything to be back in the command center, but the Overlord chose him to be her handler until they can use two rare crystals to control her.
As Elyon’s talents grow, Boone realizes that such a weapon should not be in the hands of a madman. He risks everything to free them both from servitude and deliver Elyon to the one person who can help her find her humanity: Madame Reia, the rival overlord who created her.
The time to execute this plan is when the two overlords go to war. If Boone is caught, he will become the next victim of the weapon. If his plan succeeds, he will be taken as a hostage by Madame Reia. The full extent of his plan is only possible if, from his cell, he can help them escape the Overlord once and for all - and if Elyon's rash actions don't lead them straight back into the hands of their former master.
