Reading "Happiness is A Habit" is habit-forming! Michele Phillips' excellent, user-friendly and inspirational guide combines personal insights, research, common sense and humor in a book chock-full of healthy yet simple daily changes. I loved the quotes at the start of each chapter and the bulleted "actions" at its end. Get a copy for yourself and one to share with a family member or friend and enjoy the journey!
