I found this book to come to me as a sign. One night i was talking with a friend on the hone and i asked why is it s hard to just be happy? In the morning on my fb feed there it was the happy book not from the friend I spoke to but through some other page. went out to try to find it right away thinking that it was a sign from my guardian angel to make things happen....

A great "work book" to discover our inner child and what makes us happy. I highly recommend this book along with their new book, the secret me book!

I suffer from bipolar depression and needed a book to help me realize things to be grateful for and what things make me happy. This book does just that. It's fun to fill out and it's fun to go back and read what you wrote!

Ok, so the book looks a little dorky to have lying around, but I really love it! Within just a few minutes of writing I was feeling pretty good- realized how many simple little things there are in life with the power make me happy. Especially for ppl who don't journal consistently, this is a great way to start putting pen to paper with simple, effective prompts. Mostly its creating lists, so its a no brainer. I'd recommend, it put a smile on MY face!

This is a fun book, set-up in a workbook style. It makes you think about any and everything that makes you happy! I would highly recommend it.
