Christine Chen is one of my yoga teachers and she's a great motivator and really thinks about how to incorporate yoga into everyone's busy life. This book offers great poses and stretches you can do while busy with life. Waiting for the subway? Why check your Facebook updates for the umpteenth time on your phone when you could stretch out your calves instead? On a 10 hour flight cramped in coach? Here are some poses to keep you flexible and relaxed. It's also a great gift to people who maybe aren't ready for more vigorous yoga classes but really need to be incorporating some level of yoga into their life to increase their mobility. I can think of quite a few friends and family members who fit that bill and I plan on getting a bunch of copies for gifts!
