I was disappointed with this latest soundtrack from Harry Potter, beginning with a scene that's almost at the end of the movie. The soundtrack isn't in order and it jumps around. While it adds some new and interesting themes, I don't feel it's as cohesive as the ones done by John Williams. The main HP theme is there but not prominent.

John Williams as the composer of such wonderful music. What else could be expected? As the movies develope the music becomes more emotional. Just as it should be.

I felt that the music for OOTP was far better than the much recycled, mediocre themes that John Williams originaly composed. For a 7 movie series, it's best to change things up. The OOTP soundtrack is refreshing and new, with hints of the old theme hidden within.

This soundtrack has fabulous music on it! It is continually played on my iPod! My top three favorites are catchy, like "Professor Umbridge", "Another Story", and "Fireworks". Others are more serene and calming, like "The Kiss" and "Loved Ones and Leaving". This soundtrack is worth the price!

This is by far the best soundtrack out of them all. The music has a witty, yet dark feel to it. The music fits perfectly to what you would imagine the movie is like, such as Proffesor Umbridge's song sound exactly like I would imagine her. The composer did an amazing job and I hope you will compose the music for the next movie.

The music was out of sequence from the movie and was missing tracks. I'm not sure why they did not keep John Williams as the composer for all the HP movies, this was a great dissapointment. NOT recommended for John Williams fans or fans of movie soundtracks.

This soundtrack is among the best of HP, along with John William's OSTs of the first two movies! All the songs are beautiful, there's not one which is dull or tiring! Congrats to Nicholas Hooper, he did an amazing job! The only bad thing is that the order is not like the movie, but minor details!

The OOTP soundtrack moved me to tears, that's how beautiful and profound it is. Nicholas Hooper did a brilliant job incorporating strings, the flute, chilling vocals, and muted and distorted effects that makes this the most melodic and moving soundtrack as of yet. I REALLY hope Nicholas Hooper can compose the scores for HBP, and DH.

Disappointing, to say the least. I should have known better than to buy it, after listening to the previews. I have the other four soundtracks and OOTP is nothing compared to them. Nice music, but where are the broad, haunting, sweeping themes that we have enjoyed from the other soundtracks? Please get John Williams back for the 6th and 7th soundtrack so we can tell its Harry Potter, not just some nice background music.

This is an outstanding CD, but like the fourth soundtrack it seems to be missing a sort of magical touch that John Williams added into the first three albums. Great album I totally reccomend this to any Harry Potter maniac!

I am a huge fan on John Williams and was very disappointed when he did not return to do the next films. But I was very happy that the music still followed his lead. As the story line darkens, the music gets deeper and more passionate. I thought the music was well done and very fitting and comanding in many of the scenes. While I prefer John to anyother that has worked on the Potter films, I was very impressed on the way that it turned out! A wonderful addtition to your Harry Potter soundtrack collection!
