Great buy! The recipes are very tasty and require few ingredients. Most of the recipes are simple, yet look rather elegant. Every recipe also has a picture of the dish so you know what it should look like, which I found very helpful. Overall, this is a good book for those who like to cook Japanese food, but want to make something slightly more elegant without having to use 20 different ingredients.
