In this book, Lord Sparr's pet that awakens a wicked city called Tarkoom was awakened in an earthquake. Looks like Keeah, Julie, Galen, Eric and Neal are off in another adventure in Droon. This time to their surperise, Lord Sparr wasn't the one doing all the evil. Infact what almost changed Droon forever was Ving's auful plan to destroy Droon.

In this book the wicked city, Tarkoom came back, though it had been destroyed 400 years before that and it came back with all its auful bandits. Keeah, Galen, Eric, Julie and Neal are off in another adventure in Droon. This time Lord Sparr is not the one causing the evil, although it was his so called pet that made Tarkoom come back. Ving was the one who almost changed Droon forever.
