The introduction, a short essay, written by Dr. David Watts, is filled with significant information for using writing as a healing art. The remainder of the book shares his colleagues' creative work. As a writer, I gained great respect for the medical people who support their clients and cohorts and for those who published their poems and prose. As a person working on a research project for a master's in writing, I would not put it on the top of a list.
