When you feel like all of your personal avenues are exhausted and you have "nobody" to talk to who can relate to you, that is where this book comes in to play. You feel as though you are sitting down for a relaxing conversation with a good friend who is able to provide inspirational insight and that "Me, too!" feeling. This book could not have come across my path at a more perfect time. I had been feeling overwhelmed by many aspects in life and this book has helped me slow down, be mindful of myself and move forward in a positive way. No matter where you are in your PCOS journey, regardless of age, there are many aspects of this book that have the overall message of a common goal for everyone reading this book: helping you to personally achieve your best self. This book is not singular in trying to start a family, strict dieting, etc. It is about finding out what works for you and how you can go about to achieve that at a pace that feels right for you.
