He did his medical training at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas and Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Wilkinson is the Director of The Cooper Institute Weight Management Research Center. He strongly believes in using biblical teaching to motivate people to take care of their physical bodies and enjoy abundant living.
