To me, this book says it all. Personally, I don't believe anyone should be without this book in their library. I met Dr. Weil in April of this year and he is as genuine in person as his words in all of his books. Anyone interested in health and wellness should honestly have this book. I am a student of Alternative Medicine and feel both physicians and students can learn a great deal about Integrative Medicine. Likewise, anyone concerned about his or her health should read this. Dr. Weils advice is a spot unmatched. Thanks again Andy for another great book.
