About the Author
This is Brenda Shriver’s fourth cookbook. Brenda and her husband, John, live in Leander, Texas, where they enjoy their son, daughter, and five grandchildren. Angela Shriver, a graduate of University of Arizona, is an enthusiastic cook and a registered dietician. She completed her dietetic internship at United Health Services Hospitals, Inc. in Johnson City, New York. She lives in Austin, Texas with her husband.
