About the Author
William holds a BS degree in Biology from Lenoir-Rhyne University and a MS in exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania. He is also certified as a Health Fitness Specialist with the American College of Sports Medicine, a Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a Speed and Explosion Specialist by the National Association of Speed and Explosion, and is certified in Providing Dietary Guidance by the Cooper Institute. He has a passion for helping people learn Healthy Habits. Through Mitchell Wellness he leads Healthy Habits seminars and challanges.
