i like this book because it gives me a color photo of most all the recipes, besides telling how to cook them and giving nutritional information. it also gives me a substitution chart in the front and the 10 top sources for calcium and folic acid in the back. the binder allows you to remove and then replace the recipe pages, which is very convenient. it even tells you how many servings of each food group the recipe covers so you know what youre eating. i am very critical when it comes to cookbooks and this one passed my test!
