Heart Of Eternity by N. Jay Set in New South Wales Australia, in the town of Blackheath Nadia is a loving and kind spirited person. Jay is the complete opposite, evil and mean spirited. They meet in a very unlikely way. Their lives are in danger but through their inner pain, they feel drawn to each other. Will they be able to help one another or will they be the cause of despair for ever? A fascinating supernatural tale of despair, hate, pain and love. Very original story line that kept me reading straight through to the end. I highly recommend to those who love stories of supernatural, love and originality.

Haunting and uplifting .. Heart of Eternity draws the reader into a world that will haunt them long after the final page has been read. The two main characters collide amidst personal turmoil and the reckoning they must make in order to survive their own and each other's demons makes for compelling reading. Delving into the psyche and the effects of will on the human mind N J creates tension and intrigue from the outset and successfully drives the narrative through her choice of setting, the beautiful Blue Mountains of Sydney, Australia.

Heart of Eternity:A Classic Experience! Dean J on January 17, 2014 “Do not recognise everything in this world as what it is, but what you are! When you dive within, you shall find everything that lays hidden to the mortal eye…Your mind will be your universe, your thoughts, its perpetuated motion.” I ordered this book not knowing what to expect as it was from a Debut author. My curiosity was heightened when I heard my college mates talking about the fan page brimming with thousands of fans eagerly waiting for its publication. It is only pre-released as yet and had so much of hype.I grabbed a copy, started reading and could not put it down! The plot is run by the ancient art of Nyas- the seven energy centers of the universe and the demonic and healing paradigm is carried forward by two strictly opposing characters Naidah and Jay in the midst of a sizzling romance with one carrying a dark secret that will haunt you even after the last page is read. N.Jay has a very unique style of narrative; it is self-emerging and has a voice of its own.Since it does not fall into the conventional style of writing,it might take you a while to grasp the true essence of it. Her use of original descriptive passages are beyond compare especially the personification of darkness as a person residing within gives you the shivers-Literally! I often found myself re-reading the passages in the book simply because of the wonderful way she has put the words together. When she described the rain storm during Naidah's intimate vision, I felt wet. I could "hear" the silent whispers of the demonic darkness and felt the penetrating cold of the big snow storms she described in "Heart of Eternity". I loved the characters and the facts about them she kept hidden until the end.The sexual tension, the intimate scenes in the midst of a life-threatening struggle seem all too real and makes your heart thud. All in all without adding any spoilers,I'd say that Heart of Eternity carries a profundity of emotions amidst a heart-ripping tale that will remain in the peripheries of your mind for a long time to come.

A stunning success, one of the most striking romance novels I have read in years! By Zee Shawn on January 17, 2014 Amongst the vampirish and/or overtly vulgar and sexually driven literature trends these days, Heart of Eternity came as a breath of fresh air with its presumptuous and daring theme knitted in a subtle narrative prose.I really enjoyed this story and couldn't put it down. For me, it was a compelling page-turner. N.Jay deserves credit for daring greatly in the book with an unconventional story line that will take you to a self-revealing journey in the town of Blackheath, Blue Mountains where the contrasting terrain of rugged mountains and the mystical blue light surrounding the landscape act as analogies for both the main characters,Naida and Jay. The story has got everything, romance, suspense and unrelenting emotions ingrained beautifully in the philosophy of life.It unravels the mystery of the universe by drawing on the power of darkness and light personified exquisitely through Naidah's struggle to save her life and Jay's darkened heart and unfathomable fury. The sexual tension is to die for and the climax will literally make you gasp for breath. The finale battle with demonic forces in the deep recesses of Jay's mind will haunt you and remain etched in your memory for a long time. If you are looking for a book that is remarkably inspiring, poignant, memorable and full of romance, then look no further.

Find this review and more at Lusty Penguin Reviews! Heart of Eternity is a compelling story of love with underlying paranormal and spiritual elements by N. Jay. Naida, having just been diagnosed with cancer, turns her back on her family and modern medical treatment. Instead, she travels to be with her Uncle Zachriel, a spiritual healer, in order to deal with her illness. During meditation, Naida has a vision of a tormented man that she needs to heal. While at a music festival with a friend, Naida meets, Jay, the man from her vision. He is an attractive man with penetrating green eyes who always has girls eating out of his hands. But, Jay is a broken man, wallowing in emotional pain from the breakup of his family and the betrayal of his fiancé. As a result, Jay embraces the darkness that surrounds his heart and dishes out pain to others whenever he can. Naida is purity, light, and innocence while, on the other hand, Jay is darkness personified. N. Jay does a consummate job building up the tension between these two characters and the goodand evil that they represent. Uncle Zachriel is a significant character within this story. His profound and contemplative conversations with Naida about faith and healing add to the spiritual depth of this story while also organically propelling Naida through her own spiritual journey. Naida and Jay’s story is an emotional one that, at times, will have you questioning your own thoughts on faith and healing. My only disappointment with this story is its genre: new age/new adult contemporary romance. As far as I’m concerned, Heart of Eternity is a contemporary fiction novel which leaves open the possibility for any kind of ending. Whereas, the word romance implies a certain ending that I did not receive. Emotional and genuine, Heart of Eternity is a gripping story that will stay with you longer after reading the last word. I received an eBook copy of the book for the purpose of an honest review. I was not compensated for this review, and all conclusions are my own responsibility.

To me, this novella is is more to do with extreme emotions in the one being, the author, than a romance between two characters. I read it as a mix of mystical realism and autobiographical mystical soul searching. I see it as a bipolar study of good versus evil personality traits, and an exploration of the inherent dangers in drawing back together compartmentalised emotional states. The prose is richly descriptive, but in places strangely inconsistent, almost as though the words were arriving on the paper through mystical translation from some other language. I couldn't decide whether the line editor was poor, or if the occasionally strange word choice was a deliberate attempt to reflect thoughts arriving from some half seen other place. Perhaps Jay suffered the indignity of having the original voice distorted rather than clarified by the edit. The book is well-worth reading, though not so much with the expectation of romance, but rather as a quasi-religious dialogue in which we can explore the writer's, and indeed our own, internal conflicts between often contradictory personality traits. The ending was abrupt, reflecting well the end of life, when long exploration comes to final rest. I assume that was intentional. I didn't much like reading this book, because it was drawing me to places I didn't want to go. That is my unique problem, which isn't, it seems, one shared by most reviewers. When the immediate impact subsides, and there is impact, I should read this book afresh to try and see what I have missed. The many complimentary reviews of this book that I have read highlight many strong positives, which I've interpreted differently. So I must strongly advise that one doesn't read this review without reference to others. I suspect one either immensely enjoys the ploughed furrow, or else wishes the ground to be quickly closed.

I received this book from the author for an honest review.  A remarkable love story that will captivate your heart and mind as you get lost in the lives of Naida and Jay. They were two polar opposites, but yet so profoundly connected that they could not live without each other within this realm or reality. From the beginning they were attracted to each other, almost unwillingly; but yet their love grew to unmeasurable heights and depths in a very short time. This uniquely written love story transports you into the world of the supernatural; making the reality far more interesting as light and darkness fought for the heart and soul for both these characters.  The one, a bad boy, with a daredevil attitude - fearless in his actions; that was filled with so much hate, rage and anger that he didn't care who he destroyed in his path. Demolishing everything in its path to feed the demon within. His hate fueled him to do things to women, leaving them like rag dolls at the end, feeding on their pain to feel alive again. He was filled with lies; his truths; that consumed him, but yet when a tear fell from his eyes; it had a healing touch that left you speechless.  The other, so pure and innocent - her radiant beauty filled with a divine light; potent in her love that could conquer everything. Her light shining like a beacon of hope and grace to a world that's filled with total darkness. Fighting her own sickness; she sacrificed all to save this man from the dark pit he was comfortable in. She only knew the goodness of the world, was enlightened by a different path and surrounded by the love of a mother and father; who was totally devoted to her. This was evident in the beautifully written letter she had received from her mother while on her journey to Blackheath. The author's descriptive words allowed you a peak within their hearts as you get to know the characters and the place they find themselves in. Her written words illustrating the power of devotion as they choose their path; knowing that the forces within can either save or destroy them.  It is a story about sacrifice and surrender, about the light shining through as it conquers the darkest places; leaving you with an ending that will leave you in awe with its beauty.  A story so different in its delivery but yet so potent in its originality.
