Heaven's Night is a fictional story about the Archangel Sariel and his fall from the grace during Lucifer's war on heaven. With each page turn we are brought deeper into the turmoil as the spheres fall to the Legion of Satan and few stand up to fight against them, including the Archangels who await God's order to strike their former brothers. This was Sariel's plan too, after all he holds the greatest gift, his faith. But when his beloved soulmate perishes and a child is endangered he must chose between his faith and love for God, and doing what he feels is the right course of action: saving the child from the wrath of Lucifer. Sariel chooses to fall, and with him we are thrown into turmoil, death and decay as he battles against foes and even himself to finish his quest. Sariel makes choices and decisions that he's never had to before. During these dark times he finds his own voice and with his fiery sword he paves a path of destruction in the name of God, whom he feels has left him. yet even in his darkest hours, he finds his faith and the strength to press on. I couldn't put this one down. I'm a sucker for fantasy, and this take on the war is superbly written. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys fantasy, and I look forward to reading more.

I won't bore everyone with a synopsis, never do, b/c that's what the dust cover is for!  But I will tell you that this is one tale that you'll want to read.  I had the pleasure of meeting the author, Harry Aderton at a book fair in Asbury Park, NJ.  It was their first Book Fair and I am hoping it will grow, but Harry was the only one there with a 'real' book.  Please don't misunderstand me.  I'm sure the others at the event had labored hard over their tales, but if I'm to be honest, they were all very small paperbacks.  Not to discredit small paperbacks, but this was a book fair!!  I was looking for BOOKS!  The minute you walked into the venue they were desperately scrambling for your attention.  It was so obvious and sickening, that it turned me off.  Harry, on the other hand was very professional and personable and his followup serendipitous.  His book was the only full length QUALITY novel among them.   So, as it turns out....the long drive from Philadelphia PA to Asbury Park NJ was not wasted!  I bought Harry's book and just finished it today.  I read it in three sittings.  It was that good!  The most amazing part of the book is his voice.  I have never read a book (and I've read thousands) with such a clear concise voice.  Not only was his voice clear and concise, it held the same, unwavering energy from page 1 to page 487.  I am an author as well.  I only have short stories for sale, almost finished with my first full length novel, and I have to tell you.....holding such a wonderful consistent voice for almost 500 pages is sheer brilliance.   The only thing that shines more than his voice is the faith that is woven into the writing.  It is never preachy nor annoying how some books in this genre can be.  THIS IS A STORY FOR EVERYONE!  It is packed with romance, suspense, mystery and a WHOLE LOT OF ACTION!  I want to see this in the FICTION section, not the 'Christian' section.   Exhaustingly researched and masterfully prosed!!!!  I just hope it doesn't take another 20 years for the next installment of this masterpiece.  But rest assured!  I will be buying it!!

Lucifer challenges the throne of GOD.  It ignites a long time war.   An amazing journey in this story, with many biblical names mentioned in it. The book is amazing and with many outlooks on war.  Various world religions all rolled into this book and gets you to thinking of the different realms of life.   This book is a novel and would make a great series, even a wonderful movie. As a family that has been torn apart, one brother has to go up against his brother whom turned into Lucifer.  The archangel is about to go up against the fallen angels.  The action scenes are absolutely awesome.

When I read the description for the story, I thought it would be about Satan's fall from heaven. However, once I began reading it, I realised the author had created a fantasy which merely combines nuances from several religions. If you're expecting something which would merely describe heaven with Satans fall or something along the lines of the Joshua series by Joseph Girzone, pass this story by. Heaven's Knight is an amalgam of different religious beliefs using the Christian heaven as a vague starting point. It allows the reader to imagine himself flying through the different levels of the story accompanying Sariel on his quest. Each world is vibrant with varying degrees of life and death, with no doubt left as to the good and bad. In a way, the story reminded me of Dantes' Inferno . Young adults will love this story.

What a surprisingly great read. You don’t have to be a holy roller to enjoy this well written, fast moving spiritual action thriller and love story all in one. Harry Aderton’s imagination takes you from heaven’s gate, through all the levels (spheres) of existence as his main character, Sariel the archangel, develops a consciousness for the battle of good versus evil, engages in the fight, saves his love, and brings out all of creation in an epic battle, relearning and relying on his faith. By the end, you’ll want more. I can’t wait for the sequel.

Fantastic book, excellent story line, Great characters, this book keeps you turning pages. I truly enjoyed reading this. The telling of the story pulled me in to the world as it was happening and I could imagine it as if I were there, I hope Hollywood takes this one and puts it on the big screen. It will be an outstanding film.

I had little experience/stories concerning angels, other than at christmastime. At last it seems they have a history, a heritage, and a purpose. The author has done a thorough job of laying out a backround storyline/groundrules, without being "preachy" or "heavy-handed". I await future endeavors to see where this story will lead...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND--IT IS DEFINATELY DIFFERENT!!!

The imagery of the battle scenes made me forget I was reading and they really came to life in my mind. I enjoyed following Sariel down into Hell on his quest to find his beloved and was emotionally caught up in his struggle to save her as well as himself. I loved the unique way the author handled the concept of the fallen angels and I'm looking forward to a sequel. Bravo!

Extraordinary! And I'm not talking about the storyline, which in its own right is truly a marvel. What's extraordinary is how the author so easily and aptly pulls you into his mind's eye, thus allowing you to vividly see, hear, feel, and touch his world. Drawn in, you become the sole witness to the incredible, yet believable, world of Angels and the fall of Lucifer. It's a tale unlike any other, and before now neither envisioned nor told. The enormity and scale of the battles are beyond epic. The world is rich and exploding with depth and clarity; the characters, real; the read, smooth and effortless. The biggest challenge you'll face is deciding when to put the book down.

Heaven's Night is an excellent book that is very well written. It took me back to my childhood when I was able to read some of the first christian comic books. I could picture each character and immediately know their demeanor and behaviors. The author did an excellent job with the research of the various angels and correctly explained the -EL at the end of each of the Heavenly angels names. The loss of the EL signaling corruption, the corruption of the lower spheres and the start of Satan's group using words to corrupt the spirit (nice foreshadowing) and the demon food to pollute the souls thus weakening them and in the angel and wingless's mind (wrongful thinking) keeping them away from God's presence. The author does a remarkable job of using fantasy to blend a variety of religious beliefs (reincarnation, mother nature) to introduce Prana (manna) as a source of strength and the ability to come back. A great way to remanifest a slain (fallen) evil back into the Garden of Eden should there be a sequel. Well Written and I highly recommend.

This is a non-stop read. The setting is epic in size, and the action excellent. Love the way the story ends. Hope there's sequel to this one.

This book immediately drew me in. The author's words transformed into a vivid, colorful movie in my head, and when the story ended, I began to wonder...could it be that this is how and why we are all on this earth? The ending will grab you. Very well-written!!
