About the Author

When her nose isn't buried in a book, or her fingers flying across a keyboard writing, she's in the kitchen creating gourmet meals. You can find her, in four inch heels no less, in the car chauffeuring kids, or possibly with her husband scheduling his business trips. This book has it all, it's full of suspense, romance, angst, pain but most of all love!! It's a beautifully written story that had me gasping at times and I wasn't going to put it down til I read the very last page. Jackson is a man on a mission he is a detective who wants to solve every missing teenager case that comes into the station but he has to learn some cases are better left unsolved. When Bella moves in to the house across the street he can't help himself why is she hiding why doesn't she let her beautiful little girl out to play. Will Bella ever trust a man enough to give him not only herself but also her daughter Lilah..... I don't want to give to much of this story away because you do need to read this book. It's beautifully written it will tear at your heartstrings and just when you think it's all going to be ok you get thrown a twist so big you won't be able to breath. The title says it all for me and all I'm going to say is what a brilliant read. Natasha Madison gives us yet another 5 star book ( I would have given it more stars if I could have)

** Provided on behalf of the author for an honest review ** ** Review by Gayle from Bloggers From Down Under ** Ohhhh lordy where do I even start with this review. Only just finishing it I’m completely speechless and my heart has just been shattered into a million pieces. First off let me start by saying I’ve not read anything from this author before, so going in all I had was the synopsis which admittedly had me intrigued. Now to my thoughts….. This novel….Hell and Back for me….It’s one of my best reads not only for 2016 but overall since I started blogging. It completely tore me, ripped me apart emotionally and I loved every damn minute of it. It consumed me to the point that putting it down was never an option. I craved to know what was going to happen. I yearned to read and drown in it. And I was not disappointed. We meet Bella. A young and beautiful young woman who is running from a past that is so haunting and disturbing it had me in tears. We meet Jackson who is strong, independant and very much all alpha who spends his days at work being a saviour who I completely fell for. We meet Brenda, a gentle soul who’s love and and warmth radiated with every page turned. We meet Adam who is pure evil, the devil, a monster who even I feared. But who had my stomach in knots, who captured my whole heart, the one who broke me, the one who will forver remain in my heart and soul is that of a scared, innocent and beautiful little girl, Lilah. This angel was what had me torn, left me broken, left me hurting. Believe me when I say Hell and Back is so very rare, unique that I’ve not read anything like it. It’s raw, confronting, at times quite dark and disturbing. But the opposite to that I also found it to be breathtaking, heartwarming and to put it simply….Breathtakingly beautiful. Written with such depth and detail I could feel every emotion pouring out of the pages, completely consuming me to the point that at times I found it hard to breathe. It had everything that I could’ve ever asked for in a novel and so much more. I am seriously at a loss to even articulate how I feel about this novel, so the only advice I can give is this. Guys, please you NEED to read this. You need to soak yourself into this because Hell and Back is such a powerful read I know it will stay with you a lifetime. It will stay with me always. 5 stars.

Natasha Madison is another new author for me and as I was intrigued by the synopsis of this story, I was all for checking her out. And I can honestly say that I loved the story. It is so heartbreaking beautiful. It is full of pain, regret, hope and a magnificent love story. It is a story of survival and building a life after a devastating betrayal, about learning to trust and love again, about finding yourself again. Jackson and Bella are two very complex and deep character. The both have demons chasing them and that make it difficult for them to build a life together. Bella's past has left her with scars so deep that she doubts she will be ever able to love and trust again. But the only thing she needs, is an incredible man who is ready to give his life to protect her and her little girl. And she finds that man in Jackson. The beginning of their story is difficult but step by step, Jackson manages to break through her walls and show her that he is worthy of her heart. And let me tell you, Jackson is definitely worthy BBF. With his baby blues, incredible body an alpha persona, he will have you salivating from the start. He is a tad too pushy at times but everything comes from a good place, so it can be forgiven. One of the things I enjoyed the most in the book though was the clever banter between Jackson and Bella. It was just so much fun to read :) So as a whole, this was a really good read. I thoroughly enjoyed the story and the characters and I am definitely glad I picked up the book. The only thing that made this story a 4 star read and not 5 stars for me, were the sometimes lenghty description of the surroundings. Apart from that, I really loved it. And I am definitely looking forward to the next book in the series. I need to know what will happen with Mick and Marisa :)
