About the Author

Vicky practises as a medical herbalist in London. She worked at Neal's Yard Remedies for six years providing natural health and beauty advice. Kim works in environmental education and historical plant research, and is a researcher at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Vicky and Kim met whilst studying Herbal Medicine at Westminster University.
