Hidden Adventures of Sherlock Holmes based on 0 ratings. 1 reviews.
This book was a complete disappointment. It is apparently self-published and self-edited and the errors in grammar and continuity fairly scream off the page. The author fails to capture Victorian England of 1896 by making several errors of historical fact. Most distressing of all is the total failure to capture the characters of Holmes and Watson in the style that Conan Doyle created them. The personalities are all wrong and the dialogue completely misses the mark. If you are ready to move beyond Doyle's canon this is NOT the tome you wish to peruse. There are too many other excellent Holmes collections available.
