JUst an Ok read. THis writer does not write like Vince Flynn and really make us believe in the characters and the plot. The plot was dull- the Federal Reserve? And, it did not feel like McGee and Ryan were CIA operatives. With Vince in Heaven now, we need some better writing. Make us believe and take us on a journey. Please.

Thriller does not begin to describe this wonderful story about the Federal Reserve and its secret machinations to control the economy of the USA, and the world. A list of names has been created from which to choose the new Federal Reserve Chairman---but suddenly they are being killed! Not only are they being killed, but the killer is setting up elaborate scenarios for these deaths tied to "The Sons of Liberty" and many historic sites from the time leading up to the American Revolution. From Jekyll Island off the coast of Georgia to Boston Massachusetts Scott Horvath tries to stop this killer from completing the list, and catching the killer who seems to keep a step or two ahead of Horvath as if he knows what Horvath's next move will be. When you buy this great book, plan to spend all your next hours reading because you will not want to put it down. Tell your friends, tell your relatives: This is the best book from Brad Thor yet!

I am quite taken with Scot Harvath so to watch him continue his pursuits after Brad Thor's Black List was a plus. The novel takes us on another highly dangerous but credible (oddly enough) adventurous challenge only a man of his skills could hope to meet. He even acknowledges the tolls taken by merely aging, something we can all relate to even in our comparatively ordenary lives. I enjoyed his witty comments and audacious mannerisms and only regret reading it so fast, and that only happens with an excellent book.

Complex yet manageable plot. Frighteningly believeable.

One of his Best. It is a slight departure from his previous books as it deals with crime. It is not straight foreign terrorism.

Brad Thor has come through with another thriller to chill you to the bone! Brad basis so much of his writings on facts that are happening currently it is hard to not associate his characters to people actually running this country. That makes his books so readable and chilling.

New to Brad Thor, I found this book riveting. The story was alarmingly plausible when you consider the current headlines, making it impossible to put down. If you like this genre of reading, you will love this book.

Brad Thor never ceases to impress me and keep me glued to the words, sentences, paragraphs, pages, chapters and finally books that come out of his fertile imagination! His lead character, Scott Harvath is one of my very favorites. I look forward to reading every book as they come out! Brad Thor, you always give me an adventure, an education in true American history and deepen my love and desire to defend the American way of life from those enemy forces both outside and within the good 'ol USA!

Good book but seemed to be a long read, which isn't usually the case with his books. The next book should be a wild ride
