Being a big fan of the apocalyptic genre I was excited to hear of this zombie anime/manga. I first saw the anime which was excellent, then I wanted to check out the manga as well since I liked the show so much. The storyline is very fun. When I first opened the box I realized how substantial this hard cover tome is. The cover art is gorgeous and the individual pages are definitely of a high quality. It's also a very thick book. Very nice art, glossy pages, vivid color, fun storyline, and it packs 4 volumes in one. Highly recommended!

Not many color mangas come around unless it's art work collected from an author. Also the wrap around cover can be fliped over to be another sexy poster. There are also plenty of pages with art work previously not released in the states. This is an ecchi/horror so expect some graphic things now in color! Beautiful color collection of the first four volumes.

For fans of the anime/manga this is a must buy, not only is it a larger format, but it the first 4 vols of the series and it is in FULL COLOR. Just remember the little sticker in the lower corner, this is not for kids.

...Then this is the Manga for you. It has got everything from boobs to zombie death, there is some classic manga humor and the story is basically as you go along, but if you take it for what it is, it's really quite entertaining. If Breakfast Club had a zombie apocalypse in it this would be it's baby after meeting any Japanese high action anime. The visuals are great, the colors are a feast for the eyes, it's a really refreshing manga experience, and I am left wanting more... 8.5/10 Magnifico approved!

This is a little on the expensive side, but I highly recommend it. The book is hardcover (so it will last longer-no fears of creases or shelf wear!) and what's even more awesome is that every single page is colored! I really wish Yen Press would do this with some of their other manga. I was pleasantly surprised at how well this edition turned out. The images are also larger than standard manga pages. Plus, this is a story about the zombie apocalypse- what could be better? My only problem is that sometimes there are unnecessary panty flashes and nudity, but I guess it's more geared towards a male audience. However, girls, if you like zombies, I think you'll still find that you can overlook that part. Overall, this is the best edition that Yen Press has put out. I'm glad I waited!

This book is one of the most collectable manga volumes and it is hardback so it won't wear away but the sudden panty flashes and nudity arent needEd
