I have a ton of knitting books, but it is my favorite by far! I first found it in the library, and just kept renewing it for months on end. Now it is all mine! ;-)

I learned how to knit when I was very young and then I put the needles down for 30 years. I recently started to knit once again and needed a book with all the different types of patterns. Hip to Knit had everything from mittens to sweaters, with easy to read instructions. I love this book.

As a beginner knitter, I found the pattern in this book very easy to understand. It is very well written and produces some beautiful pieces of knit ware. I highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for a knitting book.
