Amazing perspective on building the right team! - The author proves that changing perspective can sometimes provide amazing clarity. This book is useful as well as inspiring. Although the techniques for interviewing are fantastic, what I found even more amazing was the unique perspective on hiring the right people for a fantastic team and what that truly means which is so much deeper than your standard interview questions. When you have a chance to learn great truth from another's experience it is worth investing the time. In the tough economic times we live in these lessons are critical to anyone involved in the hiring process. There are many great stories throughout of both great hiring decisions and some not so great ones. These really help make the ideas take on a very "real to life" perspective. Make sure not to skip the 'Final Words' chapter as it will definitely bring a smile to your face!
