An honorable man who’s lost his way . . . A career woman who hides behind her button-up suits . . . Unexpected romance is the specialty at the Fireside Grill as Stacey Lynn’s captivating series comes full circle.

Becoming an ER doctor had been David McGregor’s mission ever since he could remember. But after tragedy strikes at his hospital in Chicago, David runs away from the guilt—all the way back to Latham Hills, Michigan, where he takes a job tending bar at his childhood friend’s restaurant. That’s how he meets Camden Reed, and the way Camden refuses to give him the time of day should be a turnoff. Instead, he’s drawn to her tough, tightly wound exterior, and soon David realizes that he has a new mission: to see her tightly wound beneath him.

Camden’s fighting tooth and nail to resist the desire she feels for David. Growing up dirt-poor, raised by a single mother, she worked twice as hard to get where she is today, and she doesn’t have any patience for the kind of guy who’d give up a decent paycheck to sling drinks. But when the sexual tension finally combusts between the sheets, Camden discovers that people aren’t always what they seem. As David pushes her past her limits, Camden begins to loosen up—and to trust that, when she falls, there will be someone waiting to catch her.

About the Author

Stacey Lynn is a simple girl raised in the Midwest. Over the long, frigid winters, she would read every book she could get her hands on, from John Grisham and Danielle Steel to Ann M. Martin and C. S. Lewis. She began writing poems and short stories long before she reached high school, and now, as a wife and mother to four children, she finds solace from the craziness of her life by creating steamy, sexy stories. After publishing her first book, what began as a hobby has now turned into an unending passion.

Chapter 1

My back hit the metal shelf behind me and I cringed.

“David.” I gripped his shoulders tighter. His hands squeezed my backside as he moved us.

“Sorry.” In the darkness it was almost impossible to see, but my eyes slowly adjusted as he pushed aside a stack of tablecloths and placed me on a table. “Better?”

His hand gently brushed down my cheek and goosebumps popped on my arms.

What was I doing?

The salty Jamaican air had scrambled my senses.

Or I was tired of being alone. Tired of being the outsider among all my friends who had recently found the loves of their lives. I was thrilled for them, especially Tyson and Blue, whose marriage we had celebrated earlier on the beach of a Jamaican resort. In the last year, I’d watched three of my closest friends fall in love and find the men of their dreams, along with their happily ever afters. I was genuinely happy for them, but I was also tired of being the one who always went home alone.

This . . . whatever it was with David . . . gave me a break, if only for a moment.

“Please,” I whispered, and leaned into his palm now cupping my cheek. His hands were strong. Long, tanned fingers that had made me think of naughty things like this for months.

In the darkness, I saw a flash of his white teeth. “I like it when you beg. When you need me.”

Tonight’s need was selfish. A moment to forget the loneliness. A moment to take what I’d been too chicken to go after for months even though it was right in front of me.

He’d been right before my eyes, flirting relentlessly and trying to break me down. Tonight, I was tired of fighting the pull I’d felt for him despite how wrong I knew he was for me. This was one night. A moment of wildness I didn’t usually indulge in, but who didn’t enjoy getting laid at a friend’s wedding? It was almost a requirement.
His hands dropped to my knees, spreading them wide so he could step in between them.

His fingers teased my thighs, running up and down my bare flesh until I shivered from the softness of his touch.
My eyes were half-lidded when I forced myself to look at him. I saw only his lust for me, and my heart rioted against my rib cage.

Damn . . . he wanted me. It was as thrilling as it was terrifying.

One of his hands left my leg and cupped the back of my neck. He pulled me to him until our foreheads touched.

“I want this,” he said, his voice thick and gruff. “Tell me you want this.”

“I want it.”

“Tell me you want me.”

I couldn’t. A long time ago I swore to myself I’d never be vulnerable again. I certainly wasn’t about to make that admission when all I currently wanted was a night of pretending and forgetting.

“Camden, I want you to know ... This is the beginning.”

I shivered again. From his words, his promise—something I so desperately craved but was too terrified to take hold of.

I shifted my hips, pulling him to me until he brushed against my center.

“Tonight.” I gasped as he rubbed against me in the perfect spot. “It’s all I can promise.”

He chuckled, moving his mouth against my cheek, down to my jaw and my throat. “We’ll see about that.”

His to Seduce: A Fireside Novel 4.4 out of 5 based on 0 ratings. 24 reviews.

## Not great. This book literally starts with this couple having sex. I guess the heroine finally gave in after the hero had been persuing her for 5 months. I didn't like that we didn't get to experience the build up. The author tells us briefly about them meeting and flirting but I would've rather that been part of the story. I felt like I came in the middle of a story rather than a beginning. It bothered me. A lot. Ergo a much lower rating. Won't be reading again.

3.75stars His to seduce is another story from Fireside series. In this one we see charming easygoing unserious bartender David who finally gets a chance by uptight polish snob Camden. But they first impression is not who they really are, they both have scars from the past who dictates their lives. That is until David start to realize that Camden is carrying, independent scared young women who is afraid. And that fear is preventing them to be together. I loved that David hat insisted so long by her to get through her walls. In the end he breaks them and Camden can final start living. I volunteered to review an ARC of this book for Netgelly

A beautiful story that made me laugh and cry Ms Lynn does it again with His To Seduce. I have read every book in this series and each couple and their story has found a place in my heart. Like the other books, Campden and David’s story is every bit as heartwarming filled with emotion, humor and romance and steamy goodness. David McGregor is hiding out at Declan’s bar, The Fireside Grill. A heartbreaking event at the hospital he works has him questioning a career in medicine. To everyone outside his close circle of friends David is seen as just the bartender. David is more than he seems, and he’s not about to reveal that bit about himself because women never see him but what the family legacy can provide. But for the past 6 months, he’s danced around his attraction, flirted with one suspicious and stubborn female, Campden Reed. He’s about to take the flirting stage to new sexual heights. Campden Reed is wary of men, having grown up poor with a single mom. She’s had to work hard paying her way through college. Now as an accountant and a professional with an accounting firm, her days are filled work and very little play. David wants to unravel the uptight business woman who’s intriguing, innocent but is holding something back. Campden hides a devastating past that leaves her with trust issues and prevents her to easily accept love. It was heartbreaking to read about what happened to Campden when she was younger. It’s when Tyson and Blue are married in the Caribbean that provides a perfect backdrop to a sexual romp for David and Campden. Campden can’t believe the many firsts David introduces her to: cliff jumping, parachuting, snorkeling and he’s proven to be a generous lover like no man she has ever known. His To Seduce is the fourth and final book in The Fireside series, and I’ll miss each couple and their stories. I loved David’s character who is such a lovable guy, sensitive and gentle. And how patient he was with Campden to coming around. It was rough going but they found their HEA. Great epilogue that tied everything together. I was given a copy by Random House Publishing Group - Loveswept via NetGalley. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

After experiencing trauma and near-poverty conditions as a child, Camden works relentlessly to achieve her goals. She claims she doesn't have time or energy for a relationship. Therefore, she repeatedly turns down David's offers for a date. Her friends believe she won't date David because he's a bartender, but that's far from the truth! David experienced the loss of his dad as a young child. He felt helpless as he watched his dad die. So he decides to become a doctor in hopes that no one has to experience the pain of loss as he did. Only, that's life and everyone eventually dies. Upon seeing the pain of a father David has to tell that his wife passed away, David decides to run. David tends bar for Declan until he figures out his life. In the meantime, he pursues Camden. The heat and passion between these two is undeniable! It's heartbreaking to watch Camden relive her past so that she may move on to possibly have a life with David. David is supportive, loving, and patient with Camden. I love how their story unfolds and how they "find" themselves. Stacey Lynn captured their spirit and love for each other through their actions. This is the 4th novel in the Fireside series and can be read as a stand alone. I recommend reading the series in order though. I read a gifted copy and all opinions stated are my own.

I have read all the books in the series. I remember when we first met David thinking there is going to be a good story there....and it was well worth the wait. the story started off with a bang! and yes that means exactly what you think it does......I like that David has known for a while that he wanted Camden and took the opportunity presented to go after her. Both characters were well developed, great backstories, the pace of the story was good, and the chemistry undeniable. There were some lovely moments and one of my favorite lines " one more day to live, one more opportunity to share out life with someone else, one more day to work to give the ones we love everything we possibly can" I am going to hold those words close.

When David McGregor's father died, he made a decision to become an ER surgeon. In Chicago David saw a lot of tragedy in the ER. The one night that changed his life, when he couldn't save this woman and had to tell her husband, is what did it for him. He quit his job and moved to Latham Hills, Michigan where his friend owned a bar. This is where he met Camden Reed, the one woman that showed no interest in him, no matter what he tried. Camden had a traumatic childhood, so much so that she stills goes to a therapist. No matter how sexy David is, she has to resist him. She's made a list of things she needs to fulfill in her life, and dating a bar tender is not one of them. When their best friend decides to get married in Jamaica, things start heating up between David and Cam. So maybe she can let her guard down for the weekend and enjoy everything that David can give her without any attachments. I enjoyed this wonderful story about second chances and believing that things aren't always what they seem.

4 1/2 STARS! An emotionally raw novel filled with a couple of wounded souls finding healing in each other's arms! It was bittersweet to read this book because even though it's one of my favorites in the series, it's also the last. Sad to let this great group of friends go! David McGregor abandoned his life in Chicago to come to his friend's aid in Latham Hills, Michigan, but the fact that Aidan needed him was just happenstance to the fact that he needed to leave the turmoil of his life behind. He may have been a doctor once upon a time, but the trauma that happened one night led him to this place ... to the heartache that he feels ... and to just needing the easy life of bartending at his buddy's bar for a little while. Camden Reed carries her own secrets from past heartache, and she doesn't do relationships ... but she can't deny she's drawn to the ever-flirting David even if he isn't the type of man she would ever go for. She needs stability, not a flitting through life bartender! When passion ignites and secrets are revealed, will the fallout lead to forgiveness and a future no one expected?

His To Seduce by Stacey Lynn is the 4th and final book in the The Fireside Series. It can be read as a standalone but you will be missing so much greatness in the first 3, please do yourself a favor and read them. I'm sad that I won't get to read these characters again. This is the story of Camden and David. They've been flirting with each other for some time now and they FINALLY connect. Each has secrets of why they are who they are and as they move in their relationship with each other, they explore their authentic selves. I really enjoyed they way their stories unfolded. A few times I was yelling at her to "just say it already, it's going to be ok". For me, the story flowed really well without too much reliance on the other beloved Fireside characters. Camden and David's story stands on it's own.

David and Camden's story is here and ready for you to One-Click today! Stacey Lynn has been bringing us her Fireside Novels and ends it with His to Seduce. Through the previous books, we have been building up to Camden's story. We knew that David came into town when his best friends, Aidan, lost his son. Since then he has become a local bartender and a friend to everyone that needs an ear. His to Seduce gives you Camden in her most vulnerable state of mind. I have always had the "Stuck-Up" persona for Cam until this book. You learn the secrets, the scars, the insecurities that come into light for Cam. You understand and your heart breaks for her. David also has demons and secrets of the past. It has been hard for David to live with the reality of his life. So he bar tends and puts on a happy face. When his secret comes out, it almost shatters his and Camden's relationship. What was suppose to be a one night stand, becomes so much more. With His to Seduce, you get loyalty, friendship, and understanding. There is some hurt and misunderstandings. But in the end we can only hope for the best. The good always prevails. Stacey Lynn brings a beautiful ending to this story. You will love this story and the bond you form with this series. His to Seduce can be read as a stand alone. So don't worry if you have not started the series. This book is a must read!

This is the second story I have read in the Fireside series and I was very excited to read about David. I knew there was something intriguing about him in the last book and I was glad to find him the subject of this new release. I can understand trauma and how it changes a person. But what I don't always understand is the need for a lot of drama when it comes to romance. So be fair warned, you will see drama. Sometimes it's hard to find and understand the double standards that a woman gives her man. David was a wonderfully crafted character and Camden, had issues and sometimes didn't deal with them well. That created fissures and sometimes drama between her and David that was frustrating to me. The author did a wonderful job with the way that David was able to work with Camden and get her to release her rigid emotions. I love the story line she created. The love and caring person that David was shined through. With plenty of fiery, emotional, steamy sex, along with fun and family connections, this book was definitely hard to put down. I absolutely loved the ending and wished it really hadn't ended right there. I know I lost a few tears along the way. I'm also sad to see this was the last book in the Fireside series but the author went out with a bang. She left us with this memorable story. * Copy received for review consideration

Another incredible story in the Fireside Series. The long awaited story of David and Camden. I absolutely loved this book. This book is totally David and Cam. On a spur of the moment wedding trip to Jamaica, David and Cam finally hook up. In the closet... in a hallway... David has been waiting for 5 months for Cam. Patiently. Now that he has her, he's got the weekend to prove to her that they're worth it. Cam's inner dialogue is hilarious at times, she's the one out of all the girls who's wrapped as tight as the bark on a birch tree. Cam doesn't deviate, takes no risks, she makes lists, insists on order and she doesn't hook up with men in closets. David sets about to change that, pushing Cam out of her very tightly woven comfort zone and it's great to watch these two together. Cam tells herself it's only one night, but then she relents to him. They both have secrets. David is a bartender at Fireside. The guys know his past and why he's there and it's alluded to in a couple earlier books. But outside of that he hasn't told anyone because he doesn't want to go there. Cam's secret in painful and only two people know, her best friend Suzanne and her mother. These two spend a large part of the book working through their "sharing" of those stories and it's David who allows himself to be vulnerable first after having his hand forced, it sends Cam running for the hills. Literally. This book was great because it was good to hear the men weigh in on the situation. Especially Aiden who pulled no punches with David. The girls were a little peripheral in this one except Chelsea. David takes her home to meet his family, which he warns her is a little wild and it's there she sees what a real family is like and how it feels to be loved and accepted just the way she is. His mother was perfect and I loved his sister. Cam makes the road back to her rough for David. Even after him telling her his story, she's still withholding from him. The sex is hotter than hell, because Stacey can write some smoking hot scenes and this book isn't short on those either. They're woven nicely into the book. Just bring a panty change. I loved David in this story, Cam too. Despite wanting to knock her upside the head once or twice, she's a tad slow on the uptake. But this book as is the rest of this series, is stellar. Stacey Lynn can write a great story and it's a character read. These people have real lives and relevant issues and are dealt with as such. It's perfect from beginning to end. I'm sad to see this series end. Thank you Stacey Lynn for a great ride through the lives of everyone in this series. It's a must read series. **arc from NetGalley and Loveswept in exchange for a fair review***

Camden and David have been dancing around each other for months. He has shown his interest in her many times and she has resisted him to the point of being rude at times. David has secrets that he is running from and Camden's whole life is pretty much based upon an incident that happened to her at 12. Camden is uptight, goal oriented and has no time for fun. At least that's what she thinks before going away for her friend's wedding. Once there, Camden and David quite resisting their pull to each other and give in. David wants more and knows he has to work hard to get her to give him a try after this weekend. Camden lets loose and finds herself wondering how he gets under her shields and has her doing things she never thought she would try, let alone do. David knows he needs to tell her his secrets and makes a pact to do so when they get home. As always happens, secrets come out when you least expect and Camden is reeling when she discovers one of his. David tries to make amends and opens himself up to her and tells her all of his secrets. I respected it and was glad he did that. Camden, however, does not give him the same courtesy and wants more time to reveal hers. I thought it was pretty bad of her to expect him to lay himself bare for her and then to decide she is entitled to hold her secrets in. When David finally gets fed up with her refusing to let him in, Camden has to decide what she wants more - her secrets or David. You will have to read the book to find out what happens and why. I did enjoy this book and am grateful to NetGalley for giving me an ARC for an honest review

Reviewed on behalf of The Book Boyfriend Addict. A complimentary copy was provided by Loveswept via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. She was a wild card, skittish and closed off. Out of anyone I could go after, Camden would be the hardest to win. David McGregor has returned home to Latham Hills, MI to escape the guilt of running after tragedy struck back in Chicago where he was an ER doctor. While he figures out what he wants to do with his life, he’s keeping what happened in Chicago a secret and spending his time bartending at his friend’s restaurant to help him out. It’s here where he meets the tightly wound and closed off Camden Reed. He can’t get over the intense attraction he has towards her and even though she’s rebuffed his advances for months now, he is determined to get her to give him a chance. Camden can’t deny she’s attracted to David, but she thinks that he’s everything that she doesn’t want in a man. But as she spends more time with him, she finds that he pushes her out of her comfort zone and she’s surprised that she actually likes it. Camden has built up some pretty serious walls over the years to help her cope with something from her past, will David be able to break through and convince her that he’ll always be there for her? “Don’t hide from me,” I whispered, and held her tight to me. “Don’t you know that I want to know everything about you? That I want all of you?” I’m a big fan of Stacey Lynn’s books and have had the Fireside series on my TBR since it was announced, but I have to admit that this was the first one that I’ve gotten to actually read. It can stand alone, I never felt like I was lost by having not read the others but I can imagine that fans of the series will really enjoy catching up with some of the past characters. Overall, I enjoyed this story. David was fantastic. I loved his character and the way he (gently) pushed Camden past her comfort zone and helped her realize that the way she was living wasn’t how she wanted to live. He was great with her and he was willing to stick by her through thick and thin, even when she didn’t exactly make it easy for him. I went back and forth with my feelings for Camden. I did feel bad for what she went through, but I didn’t always understand her reactions to things and her standoffishness started to color my feelings against her. I found that I liked her most when she took chances and let David in but it was usually tempered by my frustration at something she would do that would push him away again. David was definitely a patient man! When she let her guard down, they did have great chemistry, though! There were plenty of steamy scenes that I really liked. Despite all the ups and down and back and forth with my feelings about Camden, I thought this was ultimately a sweet, sexy and heartfelt story and I really enjoyed the ending! I guess now I’ll have to make time to go back and read about the rest of the Fireside gang! Her mysteries had drawn me to her. Her vulnerability set me on fire for her.

This fourth, and last, book in the Fireside series surpasses the other three in the emotional toll it took...it has a message of strength and survival layered throughout that will genuinely give you pause at the trials victims go through. Though the message is subtle, it still packs a punch. David and Cameron's story is a tender one of the courage and love it takes to help the ones you love to overcome their nightmares. I enjoyed the journey they took to get to their HEA. I will genuinely miss this group of characters, this series has been an eye opener when it comes to the Addison all message of that even if we see ourselves as damaged, those who love us see us as perfect. And our experiences, good and bad, shape us to who we become. This book was provided by the Publisher and Netgalley, I am voluntarily providing my honest review.

His to Seduce by Stacey Lynn is Book 4 of the Fireside Series. While this book is part of a series, it can be read as a standalone. Ms. Lynn does it again. Damaged, Cam and David, have struggled over time to cope and find their way through each day, and as their attraction and chemistry have them reaching for each other, they find themselves also opening themselves up to each other and healing themselves from within as their secrets are brought to light. Another fine addition to the series! Please note that an ARC was generously provided in exchange for an honest review of which this is both honest and completely voluntary.

5 out of 5 stars Honestly, Ms Lynn is becoming one of my favorite authors very quickly and this book is a perfect example of why. She can break your heart while you’re reading and then heal it as well. Her characters aren’t perfect, but their flaws make them all the more real. David and Camden’s story was most definitely heartbreaking at times. I only wanted them to find happiness, and I cried right along with them when they were sad. As with the other Fireside books and the heroes, David is a protective alpha-like male, but he is also more more lighthearted and looking for the fun in life. Camden is hiding from life and doesn’t know what to think about liking…much less loving...David. I love the secret thoughts of Ms. Lynn’s characters and Camden has some great ones. This is my favorite though...maybe my favorite from any of the Fireside girls: Multiple orgasms...before last night they’d been as mythical as unicorns. The story was paced well and we really got a great glimpse into this relationship we watched blossoming in the last book. My only complaint is that I wish there were more….I want another Fireside book with all the girls pregnant and having babies, but I want it told from the males’ points of view. Can you imagine all these guys and how they’d handle their women being pregnant and giving birth!?! Sad that this series is over, but can’t wait to keep reading more work from this author! Wonderful story!!

Camden and David finally get their story told in this last Fireside novel. I have enjoyed this group of friends as they've all found their happily ever afters. David has been interested in Camden since he came to down months ago, but she keeps him at a distance because of his profession and the fact that he could leave town at any time. Camden had a tragic event as a child and likes to keep her life in order. She likes to feel in control and doesn't ever enter out of her bubble, until she decides to let herself go for a weekend with David. This changes everything for her. When David turns out to be not exactly who she thought, she starts to spiral, but David is determined to stand by her. Camden needs to let others in and in order to do that she finally has to let go of her past. This was a wonderful story about letting go of past tragedies that have shaped our lives in order to move forward. Camden and David both have had things in their past that have shaped who they have become. In talking about it, it frees them to love and move forward. This was a great ending to these novels. They can each be read as a standalone, but you usually see all of the characters throughout the books. I love this group of friends. I'll miss them.

I absolutely loved this series and I am sad to see it end...... I loved David and Camden's story!! I loved the plot and the characters. I loved the banter, the chemistry was off the charts! The connection between David and Cam was so strong. I loved seeing Camden's walls crumble and the fact that David pushed her just enough. This book was emotional, sweet and oh so sexy!!! I loved David's dirty mouth!! This book is a must read!!!! It can be read as a standalone but I highly recommend you start from the beginning as all the characters intertwine throughout the series. You won't be disappointed!

In this story we have Camden and David , who are attracted to each other, but both have serious tragedies, and secrets from their past , which has paralyzed them in life. Camden has closed herself up to living fully, and David is at a stand still. I have read the previous 3 books of this series, by this talented author and was so looking forward to this one. Sorry to say that while the others , for me, were 5 star books, this one was just OK . I did not feel connected to the characters nor was I engaged in the story. It wasn’t till I was 65% into reading that I got into it. My favorite part was reading about the characters I had come to love from the previous stories and finding out how they were doing. Still, give it a try and if you haven’t read the previous stories, I encourage you to do so. I was gifted this copy by Netgalley and the publisher. The opinions expressed are solely my own.

I absolutely loved this story and this was my favorite of the series and left me satisfied! David and Camden have been flirting and dancing around each other for a while and now they are finally thrown together at a destination wedding in Jamaica, just what David needed. He convinces Camden to give him the weekend together and when they get home to see what happens, however, things fall apart on the last night and Camden runs. Luckily David has the resources to beat her back to Detroit and is waiting for her but will she listen to him. These two have some hurdles to scale but it is worth it and the love and understanding is beautiful. If you have not read the rest of the series, you will not be lost. I highly recommend this one! **Received an ARC copy for review from the publisher via NetGalley**

His to Seduce follows the story of Camden and David. Being an ER Doctor is all David has wanted. For as long as he can remember, that has been his dream. However being a doctor takes a lot of toll on someone and for David, the guilt that comes along with the job is almost unbearable. So, David has fled to Michigan to help out an old friend. The change of pace is welcome for him and it doesn’t hurt things at all when he meets Camden. There is just something about Camden. The pull almost impossible to fight…Camden is hard working and fiercely independent. The last thing on her radar is David. She thinks she knows his story, but she couldn’t be more wrong. The tension between the two of them is intense and before Camden knows it, she’s a slave to her feelings for David. He challenges her and pushes her limits. Will these two take a chance on love or are they only destined for a fling? Overall, I thought this was a great book. I was pulled into David and Camden’s story from the very first page. I loved the connection between the two of them and couldn’t wait for them to explore it. I loved how real both of these characters were and how easy they were to connect with. Their story captivated me and had me turning the pages quickly to see just how everything would play out. His to Seduce is a wonderful addition to the Fireside Series.

Loved this story!! I've enjoyed all the Fireside books but this was truly my favorite. If you've read the other books in the series you will recognize David and Camden, if you haven't - don't worry this book easily stands alone. These two have been flirting and dancing around each other so when they are thrown together during their friends wedding they finally come together in an explosive weekend. On their last night together secrets come out that pull the two apart. David isn't ready to give up on them though and he works to convince Cam just how good they can be together. This is a fantastic story and a great conclusion to the series. I highly recommend this one.

We got our final couple of the Fireside series with Camden and David. This has been a great series and I've enjoyed each couple as they came. If you haven't read any of them yet, just a bit of a warning that each series can contain triggers for some readers. Each couple have a tragic past they are trying to overcome and their story is not pretty. In Camden and David's story, both are struggling with an event in their life that has changed them and left them feeling lost. David has left Chicago to come home to help Aiden deal with the loss of his son. What he doesn't tell anyone is that he's hiding from his own problems. While he's back he meets Camden and is instantly smitten despite her snobbery. Camden wants nothing to do with David believing he's just a bartender. She has a plan and a stable, safe man is what she believes she needs. You learn real quick the reasons why she comes off as a snob and it's pretty heartbreaking. I loved Davids pursuit of Camden. I never questioned his interest and he saw right through Camdens walls. For some, Camdens pushing away may be a bit much but having the background she has, it makes sense that she doesn't give herself away without struggle. The ending made the struggle worth it all.
