Hold on to what is good,
Even if it's a handful of earth
Hold on to what you believe,
Even if it's a tree that stands by itself.
Hold on to what you must do,
Even if it's a long way from here.
Hold on to your life,
Even if it's easier to let go.
Hold on to my hand,
Even if someday, I'll be gone away from you.

About the Author
Angela Stevens is the author of the contemporary adult romance books, contemporary Fantasy, and Children's Classic style Fantasy.
Angela is British born but moved to the United States a decade ago. Always a keen traveler, she has enjoyed spending time living outside of her native country. She is an ex-teacher and the mother of two children. When empty nest syndrome threatened, Angela turned to writing novels to fill her growing free time. As her hobby grew she found storytelling began to fill her waking hours.
Her debut novel, Lemon Drops and Love grew out of her voracious appetite for reading. After one particularly momentous year, where she consumed over one hundred paper backs, Angela Stevens decided to attempt her own. The story is set in her local town and the setting for her love story was partly inspired by her passion for ice hockey. "I discovered ice hockey when I first moved to America. We went first to see an Anaheim Ducks game when I was visiting L.A. We all loved it so much when we came home we went to watch our local team. Now I'm a rabid Washington Capitals fan, and can often be found 'rocking the red' at the Verizon center supporting the Washington Capitals."
In Angela's stories, you will always find a hero to fall in love with and a heroine who will be worthy of his love. Her characters are three dimensional and down to earth. She writes with a strong voice and in a gritty style weaving tension and suspense throughout her narrative. Her characters come to life and whisk you away, whether into a romantic or fantasy setting. Which ever you chose, be prepared to laugh out loud, cry and fall in love.

I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review. The Wolf You Feed is book 1 in the Vargr Clan Trilogy. Hold On continues where book 1 ended. In this book we get to really know the four children: Rune, Kjell, Johan and Eva, as we follow them as they come to grips with their father leaving them to deal with their lives on there own. They still love their father and they are looking for him. This is another great book by Angela Stevens as she shows us what the four children go through as they try to stay together and protect their sister, Eva, while trying to find their father. Tore battles his demons with alcohol. His focus is to find his brother and have his vengeance for his wife's death. Can Tore overcome is demons and give up drinking. Read Hold On to see what happens. This is a well written book that again has you wanting to read the final book. A Great Read.
This is a story about a young woman, Mallory, an ER doctor with a home life from hell. It starts out with Mallory on the run from her fiancée who is an attorney who has gotten into drugs. He is abusive and the last night she went home after work he forced some ecstasy down her throat leading to a bad trip. She wakes up first grabs some clothes and goes on the run. She spends two months on the run when she finally runs out of money and calls her sister to ask for help. Her sister, Colleen, runs a fashion resort with an exclusive sex club in the background. Her sister and her have been estranged so this is difficult for Mallory. Thus begins Mallory's journey of healing and finding herself as well as a hunkalicious man, Max who is tasked with babysitting her. Max is gorgeous, fit, and a self defense instructor on the fashion side of the resort and a master Dom on the dark side. He and Mallory become friends and he introduces her to a light side of BDSM. This is a mix of romance, self discovery, and sex. It was well written and keeps the readers attention riveted to the story. This view of BDSM was refreshing in contrast to some of the books where the female main character is usually pushed to extreme levels of pain. The characters are interesting and fun. I enjoyed this book and have already purchased the next one, which is calling me...
