For years, Sean O'Dell has hidden his past as a Hollywood heartthrob from everyone at the Sweet Salvation Brewery. It doesn't help that with her glasses, buttoned-up sweaters and always pulled-back hair that she's uncovered one secret already: His attraction for hot librarian types.
Natalie has had enough of the strong-and-silent Sean submarining her efforts to change the brewery for the better. She's ready to do whatever it takes to make her vision a reality, even if that means taking down the pig-headed and too-hot-for-his-own-good brewmaster.
Sizzling attraction battles stubborn determination as Natalie and Sean go head to head in a battle that's anything but business as usual.

This is the second book in the series that I reviewed and I believe that Avery Flynn has hit it out of the park with this great series. I absolutely love reading about the Sweet sisters, as they are all so different and unique. Each book is something entirely different but somehow links to the previous book - which I absolutely love. I am definitely a fan of series books, not necessarily the same characters, but that have overlapping characters, which Flynn does so well. It took me a bit to get into this book, as I read the third one in the series first and found it have more steam and spunk. However, Hollywood on Tap didn't disappoint either - with a great storyline, characters whom have instant chemistry and there was a bit of a mystery too. Natalie is a character who I didn't really identify with right away, but as the story progressed, I found myself liking her more and more. Once her and Sean finally let down their hair, to sort of speak, I really enjoyed watching her let loose a bit more. I would recommend Hollywood on Tap to anyone who loves series books, a bit of suspense, romance and steam. Avery Flynn is a talented writer who knows how to keep the storyline flowing and does a great job of creating characters who are likeable and plausible. Great read!
Platypire Review by Mel Hollywood on Tap by Avery Flynn *was generously given a copy in exchange for an honest review…..Thank you HOLLYWOOD ON TAP by Avery Flynn is the second book in the Sweet Salvation Brewery Series. It can be read as a standalone but I think, like I do in most series novels, that it is best to read the first one first so the crossover in characters and themes are not missed. Flynn did a great job in explaining anything I missed in the previous book but I just think I would have enjoyed it a little more if I knew more back history. So, HOLLYWOOD ON TAP focus is on the second triplet, Natalie. She is now part owner of her Uncle’s brewery and because of her organizational skills, cardigan button up sweaters, her bossiness, and smart mouth, is the perfect fit to get things back on track. Sean is the brewery’s manager and does not exactly like Natalie. This is a story of total opposites and the only thing they have in common is that they are both hard headed. There is a twist in the plot that forces these two to work together for a common goal. I have to say that I like the banter between Natalie and Sean and found their heated relationship hilarious at times. Great, quick read with a Happy Ever After ending with a little who-done-it mystery. HOLLYWOOD ON TAP is well written and written in a 3rd person point of view. I enjoyed it and would recommend it as a fun read. HOLLYWOOD ON TAP receives 4 out of 5 Platypires. Texas Hugs and Happy Reading!!!
