I've gone through MANY book lights in my lifetime, and this has been the best by far. The neck is long enough to light both pages for reading, but not so long that it gets in the way. The clip is sturdy and will clip onto pretty much anything, but isn't too bulky to be a nuisance when you only want to clip it to a book. I've also seen in other lights the switches go out and glitch to where you have to jiggle them to get the light to stay on, but this one works seamlessly! If you are looking for a book light - definitely get this one.

The ONLY reason I purchased two of these, one in blue and one in silver, is because of the batteries..."Powered by 1 AAA battery (included)" is misinformation. These lights come with two lithium button batteries #CR2031, 3V. NEVER would have purchased had I known. Don't like to be misinformed on a purchase, hence 1 star.

The description claims this is "powered by 1 AAA battery (included)" but this is NOT TRUE. It is powered by two 2032 watch batteries. I bought one of these lights based on the AAA battery claim and was disappointed. Since this is B&N's fault and not the fault of the light manufacturer, I'll still give it 5 stars.
