Suzanne Martin (Better Back) is a doctor of physical therapy, a gold-certified Pilates expert, and the leading physical therapist for the Smuin Ballet in San Francisco. She maintains a private practice, Total Body Development, in Alameda, California.
Louise Grime (Gentle Yoga) teaches hatha yoga in London's Triyoga studios. She started practicing yoga in 1978 and completed her teacher's training and advanced teacher's training at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala, India.

Our yoga group intersperses routines found in this workout book. The exercises are well explained and for all levels. Excellent photography. For core development, we use it twice a week and the effort delivers for strength and balance.
Checked out a copy from the library but realized after renewing repeatedly that I needed a copy of my own. The routines vary enough to provide a workout for beginner to advanced with clear illustrations and instructions. The DVD provides several of the workouts with jazzy music as a background or you can choose to have only the music or only the instructional audio - just the way you like it!
Just follow along with each move/ workout. i went through the book and made my own Ex plan. I made it very personal..I dont feel over wellmed and know that my challenges will be met I think u will enjoy this workout book.!!
