Things are out of control for the Sinclair boys! With two already in the NHL, Jace Sinclair is ready to follow in his brothers' HUGE skates in the last Bellevue Bullies novel...
Jace Sinclair here, and I'm amazing. There is no other way to describe me. I am the leading scorer for the Bellevue Bullies, I'm the captain, and people love me: my family, my teammates, my coach, and the NHL. This is my last year in college–I already have one foot in the draft. Hockey keeps me warm even when it's freezing. It's always there when nothing else is. And it pushes me to be the best I can be. It's my one and only love.
That is, until I see her against a tree with a guitar.
The last thing I wanted was to meet anyone. My heart is on the bench because of what happened with my parents, and I don't want that for myself. I don't want to be hurt by anyone. I can't give them that power.
But my heart is begging for ice time, and I can't control it around her.
* * *
I've always been in the background. No one has ever had time for me and that's fine; I've learned to cope. Coming from a family where hockey is life, the last thing I want is some big, burly hockey player charging at me. I don't have time for it, but Jace Sinclair isn't one to be deked around.
I didn't want to meet anyone. I didn't want to end up freezing the puck with him. It's not what I want.
I have demons.
I have issues.
Living in the shadows, no one even knew until it was too late. But Jace wants to know.
He wants me.
And that scares me the living hell out of me.

We were so worried about what would happen if we fell, but we never thought what could happen in the process of falling. We never saw it coming. But it's here, and the repercussions are not pretty. We should have known that there is no way out of the zone when you are being Hooked by Love.

I absolutely loved this book!!! It is definitely my favorite out of the Bellvue Bullies series. I thought Jude and Clarie were a great relationship, but Jace and Avery are even better. I love how supportive Jace was of everything Avery was dealing with. For a guy that young to be so intuned to what Avery was going through is truly hart warming. I got to say i love the whole Assassin/Bullies serias and can't wait for Lucy's story to come out. Hope you do a follow up on the Sinclair boys down the road..a sort of where are they now book..please continue to give us great inspirational books with yummy heroes and even better heroines!!!

From the first moment that Jace sees Avery, you wonder how great the chemistry Wil be between them. Even when lying by omission threatens to break them apart, you find yourself rooting for them to reconcile. The love or lack of love from family, the issues of mental illness, and the hope that love can find all factor into this book.

OMGGGGGG! This series was AMAZING! I am sad to have it end! Each of the Sinclair boys had their own Hot and Loving personality. I got the first one for free and than after that I had to get the others back to back. HOOKED I tell you. I can't wait to know what happens to Lucy! I will also be reading the books about the other hockey players. Never been too much into hockey but this series changed my mind!! Love, love it! Will read again one day! GREAT JOB TONI!!!!!

Loved the story, I was a little annoyed with Jace and Avery both sounding like spoiled brats but plot twist changed that opinion right away

Thid was my first Toni Aleo book and I am sold! Just bought the rest of this series! I can't tell you how many times I laughed, and cried both sad and happy tears! I also l love when an author takes there time to tell a great story and not try to cram and rush it into 150 pages. It was perfect.

One of my favorite authors, I have read all of her books and each one is such a joy to read. I am always on pins and needles waiting for the next book.

This was not one of my favorites of Toni's. I did not care for the banter between the brothers and sisters, the same rude comments over and over, it got old. I also struggled with how quickly she was able to give herself over to him with what she had been doing to herself and what she had gone through.

I have to say I was HOOKED on this book! I love the series but this had to be my favorite. Jace the "baby" and his cocky, awesomeness was absolutely perfect!!! The teasing of Jace's siblings was hilarious but their love and support was heartwarming...the things of a strong loving family. Jace's steadfastness was so endearing...he became my favorite Sinclair brother without a doubt. My heart broke for Avery and her dysfunctional family. Although Avery's struggle is difficult to read...it makes the story so much better when she overcomes! I think the biggest message of her struggle was she not alone, she was loved by Jace and his family and could lean on them. Depression is a very lonely disease....this story brings a message of hope that it can be overcome with hard work and loving support. This book is a lifetime walk with sadness, struggle, love and hope. A top favorite of 2015!!

Wow, what an amazing end to the Sinclair brother/Bellevue Bullies. I can say that I am sad that this is/was the end and there will be no more Sinclair brothers to read about. Jace Sinclair is determined to have fun with his last year of college before going into the NHL. He didn't want to be a one woman man, because he didn't have tie with school and hockey. That all changed with one look at the girl sitting/singing next to the tree (Avery). Aver is determined to make herself known in the music world of Nashville. Se is also very independent. She is also determined NOT to date anyone, and also doesn't think anyone will see/notice her. This is because of the home life that she grew up in and never being acknowledged. When these two collide their worlds change. The changes are a mix of good and ad because of the struggles they go through as a couple. These struggles do make Jace and Avery's stronger and more solid. The struggles the go through may not be what a normal couple would go through but with these two it seemed to help with their growth as individuals and together. Overall, Jace and Avery's book was my favorite Bellevue bullies book. Toni showed that even though you are young you can have a life changing relationship. She also showed that even though you may have struggled with your everyday life this can change for the better. Also, Toni threw in a few amazing twists to keep you guessing. I loved this book and highly recommend it to anyone that loves young love making it through difficult times. **ARC received for an honest review.**

Wow. Just wow. The feelings are so overwhelming after reading this book. I know how crippling anxiety and depression can be and to see how amazingly Toni Aleo covered it in this book just wows me. Jace and Avery are my new favorite couple just slightly knocking Audrey and Tate out of the way. I went thru so many emotions in this book. Crying, laughing, crying some more and definitely anger....Once you read you will know why. I definitely think this book is so worth it to read and I plan on reading it all over again. I wish I could be adopted by The Sinclairs. Such an amazing family and such an amazing series getting to know them all. Thank you Toni Aleo for your writing and how you can tackle such big topics so flawlessly!

Ohhhh good lord what an emotional roller coaster........but I loved every minute of it. First I love Hockey and I love hot and sexy Hockey players and Jace was definitely that. I love how Avery took to him and learned to trust him and in turn trust herself......uggggg her parents I can't even, I am glad it turned around. This was a great book and I could not put it down, like really I read it in less then two days :) this is a must read and a great series. Ps I love how Jace was so into FaceBook........lol and reading this makes me hop Lucy gets a story and it would be nice to get a closer look into everyone else.....I love reading update on past characters.
