I really appreciated the Christian message contained in this story. This book demonstrated that God is still trustworthy even when bad things happen. I enjoyed the discussions about faith, and I especially liked the ladybug example. This story was full of lovable, believable characters, and it took me on a roller coaster ride of emotions. One minute I was laughing, and the next I was worried about the characters. I thought this was a very enjoyable story, and I am eager to read more books by this author.
