ND Natasha Turner apperared on the Dr. Oz show and I liked what she was saying about how hormones effect our weight and general health. This book is a must read for all those interested in natural healing and who shun the world of pharmaceutical drugs.

This book was fantastic. Dr. Turner did an excellent job of explaining the way our hormones work and interact with each other. She explains things in a way that is very easy to understand, but still gives us a great deal of information. She also provides some quizzes to help you determine which of your hormones are the most out of synch so that you can customize a plan to meet your specific needs. Her plan is easy to follow and makes perfect sense. It's not some crazy new diet, it's just basic sound nutrition and a balanced lifestyle. This book helped me understand why the things that i have tried in the past did not work. For the first time in my life i feel like the weight is falling off, and I'm not killing myself to get results. I think this book would be beneficial to anyone that has been trying to lose weight, but hasn't been experiencing results.
