Very inspirational and self-motivating. This book’s title caught my attention, I’d never really thought of my failure to carry through with things in the terms of self sabotage, but now I can see it is. Written from firsthand experience, this author has, in the past overcome a myriad of problems. In her frank way Erica opens up enabling us to understand how her problems arose in the first place, she then gives us the opportunity to discover the path she took to overcoming the hurdles, which we all use to self sabotage. Within this very readable book are a series of strategies she has successfully used, explained in a way, which is easy to understand and put into practice anywhere. I for one will be applying some of them in the future; after all I have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
