I have dealt with annoying people in my life for years. Finally, help has arrived. This eye-opening book has changed my outlook on people. I can now, after talking with someone for only moments, tell what personality I am dealing with and how to adjust my own behavior to get the desired results. It has made quite a difference in my life. I am also a writer, and this book has helped me with characterization in developing stronger and believable characters.
