I enjoyed the book. Most of the information Aaron presented isn't anything groundbreaking; however, his tone and the manner in which the book is presented is what makes this book stand out. Price is a bit high for me but it was worth it in the end. If it was a paperback I'd probably be giving this book 2-3 stars.

I can relate so much with this book. I did not know what to expect at first, but immediately after starting it this was such a page turner. It gave me a new perspective on life which I look forward to applying, and is written in such a humorous way as well. This book is is good for personal use or even as a gift. Really looking forward to more books from this author

I love this book. Aaron's relatable writing style is motivating. He takes a fresh look at the best information we have on diet and exercise, layers in his personal experience which are somehow universal. I highly recommend this book as an introduction or reminder to eat and live clean.

Im 40 pages into the book and i think its very informative. The table of contents alone covers a plethora of topics which include a history of how we eat, the social norms involved in eating and the effects of food on our bodies. I cannot wait to read the rest of the book, all of the topics covered are very interesting. i highly recommend this book for anybody wanting to educate themselves about food, health and overall lifestyle. 5 stars!
