I've been having trouble sleeping and tried for find something to help me sleep. Got this book, well guide is more like it. In any case, got some great info out of it. Tried a few of the suggestions and am now falling asleep within 5 minutes.

Some great tips on how to get to sleep faster. I don't know if it will help you if you have a chronic sleep disorder, but I was having trouble sleeping  and now I'm not, so yeah.
