This book is BRILLIANT! As far as self help books go, this genuinely could be one of the most helpful, thought provoking and delightful books I've read in years. Sophie Hannah, with the help of some mental health professionals, develops the Grudge-fold Path, teaching us that holding a grudge isn't a negative thing OR an unhealthy thing - quite the opposite, its actually just a way for us to be more mentally and emotionally fit, while letting us release the negative emotions that often accompany an event that upsets us. This book is chalk full of great, helpful, insightful advice, accompanied by hilarious anecdotes from Sophie's own personal grudge collection. I have a brand new appreciation for grudge holding, and honestly, I'll be buying copies of this for gifts for years to come. Grab a copy, it is too much fun to be missing out on!
